Using the Auto Tuber in PSP 8

Images to tube

The auto tuber is a handy feature of PSP 8, particularly helpful for when you want to put multiple objects into a tube.

First, you need to have your images ready to be put into a tube - each image must be on a single layer and have a transparency and be 24 bit colour.

Make sure nothing else is open on your PSP workspace, only the images you want to tube.

Have your script toolbar showing, if it isn't View--->Toolbars--->Script

In the drop down menu on the script toolbar, select Auto Tuber and press the Run Script button - circled in red in the image below:

Follow the prompts in the script - in the first window, enter the cells down and across if you wish them different than is shown and if desired, change the cell padding. The cell padding is the space between cells.

You will now see PSP put all your images into one, and then the Export window will pop up. If desired change the placement mode, step size and selection mode and type in a name for the tube and click ok.

You are finished! You do not need to save the final image as it is already in your tubes folder.
