Pin and Paper
1. Open a new image 100 x 100 and flood fill with a colour if desired. Do not use gray or the colour you want your pinhead to be.
2. Click on your preset shapes tool and use the following settings:
Set your foreground to null and background to a gray (I'm using #c0c0c0). Draw a *very* thin ellipse:
3. Change your colour to the colour you want for the top of the pin, add a new layer and draw a circle at the top of the pin. To get a perfect circle, hold down your Shift key and draw out with the Right mouse key at the same time. Apply the same inner bevel we used in for the frame of the cork board. Use the mover tool to place the head on the pin, if need be.
4. Delete or turn off your background layer and merge visible the rest. Image--->Rotate--->Free Rotate. I rotated to the right by 18 degrees.
5. Go back to your Cork board image and add a new layer. Change your background colour the colour you want for your paper and draw a rectangle on your canvas. I am using #ffffd5.
6. Add your text in colour and font of your choice.
7. Go to your pin image - you should have all layers except the background layer merged. Edit--->Copy on the pin layer. Go to your cork board image Edit--->Paste--->paste as new layer. With your mover tool, position it on top of your paper.
Add more pieces of paper if you wish. When you are done, merge your layers and you have your Cork Bulletin Board.
Enjoy!
