Gold Glitter Kaleidoscope Frame

Materials Needed:

PSP - Get it here. I used version X2 but it would probably work in all versions 7 and above.

Gold-fill glitter tile - here is the one I used. I do not know who made this so if anyone does, please let me know
so I can give credit

An image to frame - I am using a photo by Stephen Claus - used with permission.

1. Open your image, duplicate it (Shift+D) and close original. Duplicate again.

2. On one copy of your image, Image--->Add Borders. Add a symmetric border of 5 in a colour not in your image.
Colour doesn't matter as we will be flood filling over it). Select the border with your magic wand.

3. Flood fill with the gold glitter pattern, size 100% angle 0. Add a drop shadow (Effects--->3D
Effects--->Drop Shadow). These are the settings I used:

Vertical 4
Horizontal 4
Opacity 30
Blur 5

The settings will depend on the image you are using - play around with them to get the best effect.

Deselect.

4. Add another border, this time 10 pixels symmetric and flood fill with the remaining image from
step 1. Effects--->Reflection Effects--->Kaleidoscope. These are the settings I used, but you can
play around with it and find something that suits your image better:

5. If you want, apply an inner bevel (Effects--->3D Effects--->Inner bevel), here are the settings
I used:

shape 2
Width 8
Smoothness 16
Depth 2
Ambience 37
Shininess 0
Angle 315
Intensity 37
Elevation 30
Colour white

6. Add a border of 5-7 pixels, depending on your preference, and flood fill with the glitter pattern
fill. Add a drop shadow, if desired - use the settings in step 3 but use 1 or 2 and -1 or -2 for
vertical and horizontal. Deselect. You are now done your frame.

Enjoy. :)
