1. Open a new image 100 x 100. Flood fill with the spider_web gradient with the following settings:

2. Image--->Effects--->Texture Effects--->Mosaic Glass. Use the following settings:

(I learned this technique from Kellyswebcreations)

3. Colours--->Adjust--->Brightness/Contrast. Enter 90 for Brightness, 0 for Contrast.

4. Open a new image, 300 x 300 and flood fill with a colour of your choice. Click on your preset shapes, antialias checked retain style and create as vector UNchecked, star (star#2 in the shapes menu) in the colour of your choice. I used #35589F.

5. Click outside the star with the magic wand then Selections--->Invert. Selections--->Modify--->Contract by 5. Flood fill with white.

6. Selections--->Modify--->Contract by 8 and flood fill with the same colour you used in step #4. Keep selected.

7. Apply the Unplugged Effects Snow filter. I used a setting of 10.

8. Apply the Texturizer filter with the following settings:

9. Click on the outside rim of the star and apply the texturizer filter with the same settings.

10. If you want to add a hook, do that now. Make sure your layers are merged, if you used a new layer for the hook.

11. Click on the white just inside the outside rim with your magic wand to select it. Now, make two copies of the image.

12. On the first image, flood fill with your glitter image, scale 100, angle 0. Deselect and save the image as star1.psp

13. On the second image, flood fill with the glitter image, but change the angle to 45. Deselect and save as star2.psp

14. Take your third image and flood fill with the glitter using an angle of 65. Deselect and save as star 3.psp.

15. Open Animation Shop. File--->Animation Wizard. Use the following settings:

- same size as the first image frame
- transparent canvas colour
- upper left corner of the frame
- with the canvas colour
- yes, repeat the animation indefinitely
- set to your preference for length of time for each frame - I used 30
- add your images and click next and then finish

Enjoy!
