Gold Glitter Frame

Materials needed:
Paintshop Pro - get it here
Gold-fill glitter tile - here
is the one I used. I do not know who made this so if anyone does, please let
me know
so I can give credit
An image to frame - this frame would probably work best with images that have golds in them
1. Open your image, duplicate (shift+d) and close original. Resize your working
copy if need be. It's usually a good idea to sharpen after resizing - I prefer
to use unsharp mask.
2. Image--->Add Borders. Add a border of 5 pixels, symmetric checked. I used white but colour doesn't really matter, just make it a contrasting colour so you can select it without the selection running into your image.

3. With your magic wand, select the border and flood fill with your goldfill-glitter tile. Angle 0 and size 100%.
4. Keep selected and add a drop shadow with these settings:
Vertical 2
Horizontal 2
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Colour black
Repeat drop shadow, using Vertical and Horizontal of -2. Deselect.
5.With your dropper tool, select a dark colour from your image and add border of 10 pixels in that colour. Select with the magic wand.
6.Effects--->Texture Effects--->Mosaic Glass. Here are the settings I used:

Deselect.

7.Add a white border of 7 pixels, select with magic wand and fill with gold glitter pattern. Apply the same drop shadow as in step #4. Deselect. You now have your frame.
