1. Open a new image, 400 x 400. Add a new raster layer, name it Heart. If
desired, flood fill it with black.
Using your draw tool, foreground white, background null 
,
line width 10, antialias checked, create as vector and retain style unchecked,
use the heart 1 shape and draw a heart from 85, 160 to 340, 385. Selections--->Select
all. Select the white edge with your selection tool and apply the gold_shiny
BP or SBP preset, changing the glare to 25. Deselect. Image--->Sharpen if
desired.
2. Add new raster layer, name it "M". Using your text tool, apply the Black Chancery font capital M, size 72. Apply the gold shiny preset used in step #1, but change the shape to the bottom one (round).
Deselect and with your mover tool, move the letter over so it is touching the left lower inside of the heart and the center of the heart at the top
3. Add new raster layer and name it "m". Apply the small "m" Black Chancery font with the same preset, deselect and move it to touch the right inside of the heart as shown in image below.
4. Add new raster layer and name it "small heart". Using your preset shapes tool, same settings as in step #1, except change the outline size to 8, and your foreground colour to something that will show up on the background but not white, draw a small heart so that it touches the big and small m's as shown in image below
5. Add new raster layer and name it "diamonds". Apply the diamond tube, using the middle circle diamond, to the black heart outline. I used size 25. You might want to zoom in once to see it better. Do not worry about seeing some of the black show through, we will be getting rid of that (Hint: to make it easier, I opened the tube in PSP, drew a rectangle around the diamond I wanted, used the selection tool to select it, then copied and pasted it as new image and then exported as a tube. That way, I always got that tube, not a mixture of the three diamonds in the original tube.) You may have to undo and redo many times to get each diamond the way you want it.
Now, delete your small heart layer by right clicking on it and choosing delete. Or Layers--->Delete (making sure you are on the layer first)
