1. New image 300 x 150, flood fill with white.
2. Select All. Selections---->Modify---->Contract by 10 pixels. Edit---->Clear. Deselect.
3. Using your selection tool, select the white border. Effects---->Texture Effects---->Sculpture. Select the Silver preset and change the elevation to 30. Deselect.
4. Select the inside of the frame and flood fill, using your screen image from Part I as the pattern. Deselect.
Please note that you MUST save the pattern in Part I as a .psp file with a transparent background in order for it to be see-through.
