I really wish this weren't necessary, but the proliferation of tutorial thieves has unfortunately made it so.
You are free to do what you wish with any graphics you create using my tutorials, except lay claim to the steps taken to do them or any images, filters, presets etc. that may be used in the tutorial. Please respect any terms the copyright holders of such materials may have.
The tutorials themselves are not to be redistributed in any way, shape or form. This means no uploading to any server, any mailing list's files and no sending via email, snailmail or any type of mail. You are very welcome to provide a LINK to the tutorials, in fact I do not even insist on a link to the main tutorial site, just a link to the individual tut. Permission is not needed to use any of my tutorials in any online classes, egroups etc. provided they are linked to, and not redistributed.Though if you wish to notify me you are using them, that's appreciated and if you have a results page, I'd absolutely love to see it and perhaps link to it in the tutorial if that is okay with you. I really enjoy seeing what people do with my tutorials!
You may download one copy of each tutorial onto your hard drive or print it out for your own personal use only. I understand that many people prefer to work offline and some even have to pay by the minute for online time. I hope I will never have to resort to software that makes this impossible but be warned that if I find my terms being violated, I may have to do that.
I don't feel my terms are unreasonable and in fact, believe they are quite generous. Please do enjoy them and if you see anyone violating the terms, report them by sending me an email. If you have any questions or comments, you can email me here.
